Study on velocity field analysis and back-mixing of fluid in reactor based by simulation

During the operation of reactor, degree back mixing directly reflects concentration distribution, temperature reaction process fluid in and so on, thereby affecting practical value reactor. Therefore, this article uses computer simulation to analyze influence inlet flow rate on mixing. It can provide data support for preparation organic semiconductor materials under different conditions. The research results show that when velocity reaches 0.3 m/s, stirring effect weakens, jetting pipe is dominant, model parameters are largest.
